Yes, you can customize the primary colors, logos, and even integrate your custom domain.
In Settings > Advanced Workplace Options > Web App Options. Enable the feature and you can customize the options as desired.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time right from your workplace manager. We will hold on to your workplace for 30 days. After 30 days, your workplace and all its data will be deleted.
No, Billing is handled by the creator of the workplace. There are limits on team member and client seats based on the plan.
We have multiple ways for you to create a workplace. Commonly users will visit our pricing page and continue to the signup process from there.
Yes, you can change your plan anytime in your workplace manager. When you change your plan, the amount will be prorated based on where you are in your billing cycle.

Visit: https://thriveific.com/forgot-password/. Enter your email address then submit the form. You will then receive a link to reset your password. Please allow up to 5 minutes to receive the email.

Workplace Questions

Comman asked questions in reguards to workplaces.

When logging into your account, you can visit https://thriveific.app/join-workplace/.  Then enter the URL of the workplace that you would like to join.
In your dashboard go to: Settings > User Options > Invite. Enter in the person's first name, last name, and email. The user will then get an email with the steps to create an account and join your workplace.
